Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and the operator of Flowsmin (“Flowsmin”, “we”, “us”) and govern your registration for and use of our payments platform, vendor portal, APIs and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By registering as a vendor or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & account registration
To use the Services you must be a lawfully constituted business able to enter into contracts under applicable Indian law. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date. Each account is subject to identity and business verification (KYC) before it is activated.
2. Onboarding & KYC
Activation of your account is contingent on successful completion of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and business verification process. We may request additional documents at any time and may suspend or decline accounts that fail verification or that present unacceptable risk.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- process transactions for any business or activity prohibited by law or by our acceptable-use policy;
- facilitate fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing or sanctions evasion;
- circumvent transaction limits, security controls or verification requirements;
- infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
4. Payments, wallets & settlements
The Services allow you to collect payments (pay-in) and disburse funds (pay-out). Collected funds are tracked in your wallet ledger and settled to your registered bank account on the settlement cycle applicable to your plan. We may place holds or reserves on funds where required for risk, dispute or regulatory reasons.
5. Fees
Platform fees and any applicable per-method charges are set out in your plan and shown in your vendor portal. We may change fees with reasonable prior notice. Taxes (including GST) apply as required by law.
6. Refunds, chargebacks & disputes
You are responsible for honouring valid refunds and for amounts arising from chargebacks and disputes, which may be debited from your wallet or settlements. You agree to cooperate in resolving disputes promptly.
7. Security & API keys
You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys, credentials and webhook secrets, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected compromise.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access where you breach these Terms, present a security or compliance risk, or where required by law or a payment partner. You may close your account subject to settlement of outstanding balances and obligations.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited as set out in your commercial agreement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the portal or by email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
